I c most people on this board are about 10-50 lbs. overweight, but anyone who needs to lose more than that, I'd love to talk to. I've been trying to lose weight forever, but only recently started taking it seriously. I have some good tips, and I'd love to share some ideas.

Hi everybody! I NEED HELP!! LOL. I've tried a LOT of diet plans and exersicing regularly, but none of them seem to work! I'm 5ft and 127lbs....i've actually GAINED weight when i was on the diet, because I used to weigh 122lbs after a week on the diet, but before the diet i was 128lbs. Anyways, if you have any diet plans, PLEASE tell me....especially tips to work the flab of of your stomach!

I REALLY NEED SOMEONE'S HELP! I WANNA ASK A QUESTION AND CAN EVERY ONE RESPOND THAT WOULD MAKE ME FEEL BETTER IF YOU RESPOND!!!! OKTHIS IS WHAT I DO EVERYDAY FIRST I EXERCISE 30 MINUTES IN THE MORNING AROUND 10:00 A.M , THEN AT 12:00 I DO TAE-BOE FOR AN HOUR, THEN AFTER I DO TAE-BOE I DO 100 JUMPIN-JACKS,50-75 PUSH UPS, SIT-UPS, AND LEG LIFTS. THEN AT 3:30 I USE THIGHTEKXL FOR 30 MINUTES. NOW FOR EATING EVERY MORNING I EAT A LITTLE PORTION OF BREAKFAST. AT LUNC I EAT A TURKEY SANDWHICH WITH MUSTARD ON IT. AT DINNER I EAT ANYTHING MY MOM COOKS(BUT NOT THAT MUCH) I DRINK 6 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY I EAT A LITTLE JUNK FOOD AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES A WEEK. NOW I'M WEIGHING 144 POUNDS HERES THE QUESTION!! IF I WAS TO DO THAT ROUTINE EVERYDAY FOR THE NEXT 4 1/2 WEEKS HOW MANY POUNDS DO YOU THINK I WOULD LOSE??????? IF YOU RESPOND THIS WILL HELP ME OUT A LOT I WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER THANK YOU, RACH

Hi guys!!! My dad works out at a gym and he gave me some tips to help tone up...this is not a diet plan its to gain muscle... its a strenght training routine...hope it helps!!!! okay so here goes everyday:Crunches: 10 sets of 20 (total:200)Leg Lifts: 10 sets of 5 each leg (total:100)Dance: 5-10 minutesWeights: 2 sets of 25 each arm (total: 50)okay well hope that helps good luck... you should start seeing some good results in like a month...dont expect to lose weight...expect to gain muscle and lose fat!

Um, just wanted to say that my real name is amanda. um...i didn't want anybody to know that i wanted to lose weight that i know in person, but now i'm not so embarrassed anymore. Hey all, I'm 16, 5'5" and around 185lbs. I would like to lose some weight before school starts. So, that gives me about 45 days. I know I'm not going to be able to get down to me ideal weight of between 119-124 by then, but I am hoping to at least lose a little. Anyway, my question is, if I go kayaking for an hour a day one day a week, plus do some other working out/exercise(I need suggestions) how much I could lose by then?? Thanks to anyone who can help me out. :)

Hey guy's I found this site that you put your stats in and pick an activity, and how long you did it for, and it tells you how many calories you burned, it's - www.caloriesperhour.com - hope this helps you all to lose weight.

to Michelle 15: I do my arms heavy one day and my legs heavy one day then i do pulls (the machines that u pull on) one day then i do light arms one day, and then i do light legs one day. Is that still unhealthy?
