COULD SOMEONE ANSWER MY QUICK QUESTION???????????? ok i was wondering if excercising every other day would help me loose weight cuz i went on to the success storys and ppl on there say they've lost anywhere from 10 -15lbs in 2 weeks xcercising every day and i was wondering if thats what i have to do to reach my goal PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!

Hi everyone! I am about 5'1 or 5'2 tall, and weigh at 100 lbs. I know that, I dont weigh much but for my height i think I do. I have big thighs, and I hate it, i try everythang I can to lose the weight on my thighs, i've tried running, but that doesnt seem to work. Can some one please help me? I want to lose at least 10 lbs. during summer before we go back to school.

Heres a little tip : when your on your diet, right down everything you would have eaten if you werent on your diet. It REALLY helps keep up inspiration! You may not think so, but just give it a shot! Good luck!

hey ya'll...i just wanna say ta all ya'll out there who thinks you're fat and ugly...dont say that about yourself you're very pretty in both the inside and out, no matter what people say.Im 8months preg. right now, and yah, i can say im fat...but see, did ya know when you call your self fat, that just puts stress on you, and you're gonna eat...so please listen to me...im here to help!

ok you guys i have a serious prob. i weigh a whole lot more than i expected and i weigh 325. its not because im lazy or anything but its heriditary. im not using that as an excuse but ive done alot to try but i would like to try new stuff does anybody think tryin slim fast weight watchers and taking chitosol would be too much? im on the chitosol right now but i think i need more i was also going to try to only comsume like 1000 calories a day is this pushing it? please send lots of replies im desperate for help and will try anything ! all my friends are skinny and i feel just gross. im not worried about being obese cuz i dont look good in swimsuits but for my health my dad has numerous medical probs and i dont want to end up like him. im hoping in a yr or 2 i can be down to like 150 or 140 and i think i can do it but i need ur help with encouragement and ideas so pleez everyone reply! haha thanks!!!!! -Love- Me

Oh yeah, i need to add... i use to do aerobics but since i work. I don't have time. I have graduated so school isn't in the way, but my mom has had surgery and she runs a daycare. Since she is still in the hospital i must take over for her leaving me no time. I would have time if one of the kids didn't come at 6 in the morning but he does so i don't.

I haven't been here in a while and i see all new people. I don't see any of the old ones. But anywho for these people who want to go on a diet i suggest that you have a calorie limit. The average inactive woman should have about 1600 cals. I didn't make that up that's fact.Now if the woman was active she could have more. But i'm trying to determine if i'm inactive or not. I guess i'm inactive. But i do work anywhere form 20-27 hours a week. And the type of work i do requires me to use a bit of strength. Not a lot but some. I do walk to work which takes about 25 min. but i don't walk home seeing as how i may get off of work at 11 or even midnight. So with all of that being said in your personall opinion do you think i'm inactive or moderatly active? Regardless of how active i am, i am on a 800 calorie diet. Since i'm not hungry in the mornings i don't eat. (If i try to eat i feel sick.) At lunch I have a salad. So my lunch is low in cals seeing as how it's all vegetables. My dinner consists of anything I wish as long as it doesn't exceed my calorie limit.

Hey everyone. I've been on my diet for a week and I've lost 2 pounds, I've gone from 147 to 145. My goal weight is around 110 but I'm losing faith. Well, I haven't met my goal weight YET, I am actually just starting out. I will post LOTS of updates as I progress! I am 17, 5'9" and weigh (hold on, let me go weigh myself!) 150lbs. I remember that I weighed my all-time high of 155lbs last summer and I didn't do anything about it. Well, I will do something about it now. I am going to keep a diary and write down all the food I eat. I am alsogoing to start getting up at either 6:30 or 7 am to run a little before I go to work around 10am. I think I will eat a breakfast made up of some fruit, grains, and some kind of protein, lunch can be a sandwich with some veggies, and dinner will be less of whatever my mom makes. And I will have snacks IF I AM HUNGRY, not if I am bored. And the snacks will be healthy. I have finally become sick of ice cream. it is a really cool thing bc I used to be bulimic and ice cream is what I would binge and purge on mostly. so now the taste of ice cream makes me feel woozy and I just don't eat it! It's great. I have such a loving bf, we are getting married after college! I ask him if he'd love me if I somehow gained 50 lbs, and he says he would...but that won't ever happen, I won't let it. lots of love, WE CAN DO IT!
