Ht. 5'1", Start: 160 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - OMG I lost 8 pounds! I am so proud of myself ! I feel so much better , but i still have a really long way to go . First of all you really need motivation like a family member or a friend . Than you definitely have to work for it ! I ran 1 mile for 3 days and 1mile and 1/2 on the 4 other days . Now I'm up to 2 miles everyday . I also use Jillen Michals 30 day shred , and Banish Fat ,Boost Metabolism . I also cut out junk food and sweets. Hope This Helps! reply <3 Nicole

I am going to they gym now. Doing weight lifting and 1-2 hours of aerobics. But I am getting more toned since i am lifting weight. it really burns! But I think i can lose 15 pounds before August (i hope). So please if you have any advice please post! THNX

Ht. 5'2", Start: 129 lb, Today: 129 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 100 lb - hey dont do levels off the shred on till you got used to level one becausr i didnt do that and i did a level each day so my thighs are really sore and my musle pops out whenever i squat.

I am trying to loose weight, but what happens when you have one of those school valentine parties, or christmas parties? I want to eat all the sweets, and junk food, but then I can't stop the next day, and the next day, and the next day! I just completely get thrown out of wack and gane EVERYTHING back! Ht. 4'5", Start: 245 lb, Today: 239 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Actually, i posted below that it was a diet. well i remembered form watching the suite life of zack and cody that it is not a diet, but a lifestyle choice! soon, you will get used to being active. it might hurt alot to excersize at first, i understand. but it's just because you're not used to it. think about if you have ever moved to a new place. you were the new girl, and didn't really know anyone well yet. you weren't used to the climate, or the school, or your new house. but after a while of living there, everything becomes familiar to you, and it really does feel like home. think about your diet that way, and it will start to become a lifestyle choice.!!.!!

1.Remember-When thirsty, drink a glass or bottle of water. Throughout this diet, water should be your only drink. Other drinks, such as fruit punch, and those sugary mixes, are not as healthy as some filling, refreshing cold water.
2:Do 20 minutes of excersize each day. Try doing either 20-50 situps, or five minutes of situps. Next, cycle your legs in a bycicle motion for five minutes, or jump rope, which EXCERSIZES YOUR WHOLE BODY!!!!You might want to start off with some five to ten pound weights first, to work on your arms. Then, VERY GRADUALLY, increase the size of the weights.
