Ht. 5'3", Start: 186 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - OK I am new to this program but this is one neat website and I am overweight I've been trying to lose weight and it just won't budge and it's hard my mom keeps saying well I'm never gonna lose this weight but you have to Catie. Me and my mom want to go to San Diego so bad and I thought maybe i should hear some suggestions from you what I should do to lose weight and I know diets don't work at all and personally I think diets are fake advice for some of you it works but not for me. Hi Guys It's Me Marshall Again. According To This Site I'm Almost Obese But According To A Normal BMI Caculator I'm At A Healthy Weight. My Goal Is To Lose About One Pound From Each Of My Limbs And 10 Pounds From My Stomach And Chest. Well This Summer I'll Be Moving Into Another House So I'll Get Some Exercise There, I'll Be Walking To My School For Summer Band For Some Days, I'll Be Going To Camp For 2 Weeks Instead Of One And We Walk Everywhere There So I'll Probably Lose About 10, And Im Gonna Ask My Mom If We Can Stop Buying Ice Cream And Pudding (My Weaknesses) And Only Buy Ice Cream On Special Occasions Or Like Once A Week, And My Mom Just Got This Jillian Michaels Cookbook So Maybe We Can Get Some Healthy Stuff Out Of That And I Can Find Some Stuff I Can Make By Myself, I Know I Gained A Little More But I Know I Can Change!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - I want to lose 80 pounds in two years so i need to lose 40 this year and 40 the next but im setting mini goals so that i can lose that much and still be healthy. My mini goal= 5 in one-two weeks!!!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Okay so ivebeen reading alot of your posts and what i see is im fat help me help me okay first dont put yourself DOWN!!! put yourself UP!!!! and sit down with your mom or dad or both and tell them that you r unhappy with your wieght and ask them to help you!!!! what really works is going outside for and hour or two and just walk around or do something and also im more active with my friends so invite them over and play outside go swimming do something and before you think am i hungry or am i just wanting to do something if so go outside and if you want taste chew gum and ask your friends to help you if there skinny and say to whoever is calling u fat say i maybey fat but u r ugly and i can diet!!!!! PEACE!!!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - i didnt notice i was overweight until i was 4th grade. i was a really runner sometimimes i would run a lap in 3 to 5 minutes i checked out this website it inspired me to work harder to lose weight . does anyone have some tips??????

Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 90 lb - i hate doing this, i have this program going that i am not alowed to have saconds, and i can only have half of the desert i would normaly have, and i can only have desert once a week, then once every 1 or 2 days i substitute a meal for a salad that has nothing on it, only 1/2 of a cup of salad. 2nd to last i will substitute 1 meal a week with 3 celery sticks!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 254.2 lb, Today: 254.2 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I am a 13 year old girl about to enroll in high school and you know all the drama starts there. I have been gaining weight since I came to the US from Hong Kong, China. My problem is that I eat when I am stressed, depressed, and also (this might be unusual) as a way to keep me up at night so I can finish homework... Almost like coffee (although I don't drink it)... Any way I really have been trying to make an effort to stay healthy and get slimmer... in fact I am going to a weight loss camp this summer. Also I LOVE fruits and vegetables so there is no problem there. As well as that ever since my mom left (not for ever just for 4 weeks) I have been loosing weight. my problem is that I'm going to Hawaii after my weight lost camp and I'm scared that I might forget all the good habits there... any suggestions? also if any one knows any good tips on eating less... etc. just tell me! keep in... I am 13 years old and I am 100% overweight. Like everyone else, I hate it. My friends always tell me I'm not but every other jerk at my school has no problem telling me I am right to my face. I really wish I could lose this cause, yes, it suckss. I just want to be skinny. I mean, I wasn't all bad until two years ago, I just started eating and eating. I didn't even relize how big I was getting. Now I'm one of the biggest ones at my school. I just hate it so much. Like I said, I just want to be skinny.
