Take a walk for 20 miuntes or even 30 miuntees.. I know how it feels. I found ways of quieting this habit. I chew gum it helps me not binge I write in my Diary or call my friends on the phones. Walk away from the kitchen and say to yourselg do I need to eat more? if the awnser is no. That means dont eat when you are not hungrey drink water that helps when I feel the craveing... I do running a lot... Lindsey. I hopes my ideas will help you... I quieted eating when my emoits are not good.
