Hello I am 15 , male and slighty overweight, or so says the BMI things. I have a 25.01 (5'4" 146 lbs). However, I still see ugly love handles on my waist. I don't want to be strappingly muscular, but I want to get rid of the excess fat caused by the stress of my parents' divorce a few years ago and start to see some muscle development. Basically, I just need help getting rid of these last 10 pounds. If anyone could help me with this please reply. Thanks.

Hi Kevin. I can help u with your problem. If u just need to lose about 10 pounds, thats pretty easy. I lost 10 pounds by just watching what I ate and staying away from junkfood most of the time. I also exersized whenever I got a chance. Not daily, but whenever. But the way you exersize is up to you. Hope I helped! Visit my homepage sometime:

hi...maybe go to the gym? jsut work out n eat a healthy diet..i know thats hard..but take on step at a time
