Today I did really bad. It was because I was stressed out and had a bad day. So I came home and ate and not even realizing why I was eating so much. I hate that, cause one day can ruin everything. I feel so guilty. I dont understand why it is so hard to lose weight. I have done it before, and I know what to do. But it is those days, that you want to eat, makes it so hard. I am just sad right now! I need some motivation!

You know what. I have always been told if you fall down just stand back up and keep trying. I know how you feel. Just if you do that another time just keep in your mind not to and if you do it is NOT a crime. Just get back on track and try again. Just dont ever give up, you can do it. Any one can do whatever they put their mind to. And I know it is hard but like I said dont give up. Just keep looking forwered and dont look at those days you do eat. And dont feel guilty.
