Ht. 5'9", Start: 212 lb, Current: 212 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hey, im new and im soooooo ready to lose weight! I need tooooooo, to be healthy mentally and physically. ok next year im taking a class called bfs (better,fitter,stronger) and they run like 4 miles everyday and to be honest i can barely run 5 minutes with out dying. lol, so lets see school starts on august 25 next year so i have 4 months and 23 days. i would like to get out of my 200's for gooooddd!!! by then and be able to run 4 miles. do you think i can do it and i also any tips to how i can do it. ALSO, im a majorrrrrr boredom eater any tips on that?? in fact thats mostly my problem! also i am starting a job after spring break does getting a job help at all?? thanx guyzzz! please reply, it would definitley helpppp! thanxxx!

hey dont worry about it i weigh 129 and cant run for more than 5 minutes without feeling sick
