Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI: 28), Goal: 110 lb - Late night eating man that's was horrible thing to go through, I don't do that so much anymore, when I get very upset now a days I stop eating I was close to a point I was that close of not eating altogether, that's not healthy either, I even fond dELiA*s has spring stuff more of it soon!!, I just wish they 'h more l or T for teens + young women with longer waists + taller,. longer legs also, my issue is Jeans)pants tend to be to long on me, the chest area is hard to lose,. that's is so difficult, I don't want to lose w.t. so fast again,. you know, to only put w.t. back on,. that scares me the most.,

Late night eating is so hard and they said try exercising when you feel like eating or emotional eating and I have tried that so many times but it doesn't work for me at all!
