Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 162.2 lb (BMI: 29), Goal: 110 lb - you re not alone in this Jessica!!!!! I replied to a Jessica who is eight years younger than us, she is only twelve years old, 250 lbs, I could see she is in a lot of stress being only 12 over 200 lbs., she can lose 50 lbs over time with hard work,. Jessica it took me a while to lose nearly 30 lbs, that because I been sick bout two weeks, lack of food at my o sister's -brother-in law's apartment., due to poor choices,. I'm only 23 lbs away from what's is considered normal., w.t. I haven't been a normal w.t. since summer 06., wow that's a long time,.. I think I'm pro back to a size 12 Junior's or Misse's.!!< Jessica your BMI 'll go down soon!, yes you can use runkeeper app, mapmyfintess another good app, Misfitbit has a wristbrand yes you can wear it while sleeping!!,.

Aw I feel horrible for her. I do know what that was like in school always made fun of for my weight that went on for 8 years and my self esteem went way down and I see myself heavier than what I really am. See the problem with me once I break my diet for just one candy or one night of fast food I have an issue with going back on it. I really don't know why. I actually do have a fitbit but I just got a new fitness watch for Christmas haven't had time to play with it yet.
