Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - I been overweight since I was 11 years old.I was not always overweight,I used to be very active,girl,I became an emoital eater,of my grandfather being sick,I became addicted to candy,soda,at parites,at 14 I became lazy, my heavest weight was 165 pounds at 5'2,I looked through the pictures was I bilnd? I felt horifed,I look better,I hope to be 61 pounds lighter,by June 2012! I Can do it!

Ht. 5'10", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 196 lb - i've only just this minute seen this site and i think it's great...just how do u guys motavate yourself to lose weight? I've always been really overweight and now age 15 i weigh 240lbs, i really want to lose weigh but just cant get motervated as all my friends are slim so then i feel sorry for myself and binge...any advice?

Oh Well, school is out soon so I'll be able to focus on my diet and excersize for a good two weeks.

But I'm really scared that its not gong to work in the ling run because I always eat when I'm bored and have nothing else to do.  (Note: 165 cm, 65.5 kg is 5'5", 144.403 lb.)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 353 lb, Today: 369 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I posted a while ago, after I went to the doctor and then my mom made me run. my mom has kept trying to get me to run, but usually i just walk a little and then rest and then walk a little more. I have put on more weight. i just cant stop, and i honestly dont know what to do. Ht. 5'6", Start: 254 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - :D I lost 2 pounds!! That is huge for me ! I never have ANY success on diets ! I have followed my eat less do more idea. I find that I hardly ever eat if I only eat when I am really hungry. Like today all I have had is a bagel, some hamburger helper, a popscicle and now I am splitting a bowl of popcorn with my sister. Yesterday I had chef boyardi lasagna, a glass of juice, 6 hershey kisses (kinda bad I know but it was the only bad thing) and then for supper we had grilled cheese sandwiches and fries which I only had a small portion of.
I am also drinking less sugary things. I am only drinking diet pop and I had 2 classes of juice today.
I think ignoring my cravings has made them fade into the background a bit which is really helping me stay on the bandwagon. lol

Ht. 5'6", Start: 254 lb, Today: 254 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Well, I am really over weight and I am really starting to hate myself for it so I have decided that starting tomorrow I am going to go on a eat less + do more diet. I am going to eat breakfast , lunch, supper and maybe a snack sometime in between. I usually comfort eat or eat when I am bored so I am definitely going to stop that. I am also going to do wii fit/ Just Dance on the wii every night since it is winter and I am not going for a walk/jog in the cold lol. Also if anyone wants to help me to stay motivated and help me reach my goal so I can be healthy and finally be at a normal weight I would really appreciate it :) I just really want to be smaller and I really want to lose as much weight as possible before February. Which I know it won't be very much but I feel like if I put my mind to it I will be able to so if there is anyone that would like to help me reach my goal and I could do the same for them it would be pretty awesome :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 121 lb, Today: 112 lb (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 100 lb - I am overweight. My friends say I'm not but i KNOW i am. I tried everything...literally, EVERYTHING. But i can't lose weight and i have no clue why...I'm active, i eat very little usually (1 meal a day) and i drink about 1-2 bottles of water/vitiman water a day. But....i love to cook and i have my own little business. I eat some of the cookie batter and lick the bowl every single time. Its like an addiction... but i skip lunch because i know that later in the day I'll be doing this. Sooo i should still be losing weight right??????? HELP ME!!!!!!!!

I was 5'4, 110 pounds back then. Then some REALLY traumatic things happened to me and my family, I started to turn to food for comfort, and here I am, 160 pounds. But I will not give up. Never again will I get sucked back in to my old habits. Ever.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 145 lb - I have hated the way I looked for so long, but I find it difficult to have to motivation to stick to weight loss. I will start out really well on an exercise and eating plan, but when weight loss doesn't come quickly, I quit. I find myself eating to feel better all. the. time. I hate that I do it, but once I get upset, I immediately think, "hmm, some ice cream, (or other kind of yummy junk food.) would really help me right now." Immediately after I am back to disliking how I look. Does anyone have advice to turn around emotional eating? I have tried for so long, but I don't know a healthy habit to replace it with.. does anyone have a success story to share? I need help, really badly.

This is my first time joining a blog of some sort It's pretty exciting, and so is my first step toward losing weight :) I initially weighed 130 my soohmore year, but after a surgery and emotional eating ive packed on a whole 65 pounds! I remember being like 13 and being this weigh-only fluctuating + or - 10 pounds at this same height. I am a very emotional eater, and have trouble motivating myself to exercise. plus i am in college in a dorm with dorm food, so that can be hard sometimes, but i am going to try to finally lose the weight, without obsessing over the numbers
