Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi Everyone, So last time I was on here I was 18 and I weighed 232 and I've come somewhat a long way in my mind with my weight but it's still really hard to lose. Weight Watchers really works for me but I break it and then go back on it but through the years it got me down to 208 and I've been able to keep my weight steady. It's really hard because I have a problem with mainly fast food and if someone is mean to me or something I eat guess it's kinda like eating the pain away I don't know but that's my problem when eating healthy. I'm going to go back on weight watchers this weekend so hopefully it goes well.
