Healthy After School Snacks 

It is normal to be hungry after school each day. Be prepared for your snack attack. Try these filling and low calorie snacks: 

*       Apple with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

*       Microwave soft pretzel with mustard

*       Banana

*       4 whole wheat crackers with 1 ounce (the size of four dice) mozzarella cheese

*       10 to 20 peanuts (dry roasted)

*       sliced kiwi

*       1 cup of chocolate flavored fat free milk

*       1 ounce of pretzel rods with a string cheese

*       Drinkable yogurt
