Watch what you drink!
Instead of drinking soda, juices, fruit drinks, and lemonades switch to lower calorie drinks. Some good low calorie drinks for everyday include water and flavored waters like Fruit-2-O and Crystal Light. There are even juices with 10 calories or less like Diet V8 Splash. To find a healthy drink for between meals, look at the Nutition Facts label on the product. If it is 10 calories or less, it is a good choice for everyday!
Lucy recommends drinking fat free or 1% milk at meals. Between meals, drink something 10 calories or less per serving. Cutting out the higher calorie drinks is an easy way to lose weight since you won't feel any extra hunger from removing them from your routine.
