Age 12,female,5'3,135 lbs,I like this tip - This is a great article! thank you so much for all this amazing advice and information, it helped me out immensely and i finally feel prepared to face the holidays and all the gluttony of it all and i just want you guys to know how much i appreciate and how much i think this will help other people try to become healthier to and enjoy their lives more. because a lot of people want that, they just don't know how to make it less difficult or how to do it at all, they want to be happy and healthy. and it is especially hard during this time of the year. i really liked the part about pretending you are allergic to the food, this advice helped me out a lot. again, thank you so much for your help and support.

Age 12,female,140,41 kgs,I like this tip - I have a little tips, First if u want some food, mix fruits and vegetables. Salads are very tasty but if its everyday it becomes boring so u can have one chocolate once a week but don't eat too much sweets (: Good Luck!
