Age 19,5'5,163 kgs,I like this tip - 19 160 with 2 kids I've started a diet today is day 8 and still no difference i actually gained before i started i was like 153 but ill continue so stressed out and depressed cant get this off my mind i just wanna feel beautiful on the inside and out i hardly even eat i just use to eat lots of junk. Ill Just be happy to notice i lost atleast one pound . All i eat is bake chicken breast and veggies braggs vinegar detox still no results
