All yuo need to do is stop eating so much cut down on the snack and all only eat 3 meals a day and that it and in between if you get hungry eat only fruit and eat healthy means 2 and you have to exersize;) thats mostly it so find a gym or a trainer and they can help you Im sorry i couldnt help you more:) but take my advice and maybe it willl help...start out walking about 25 to 35 min a day and ride ur bike to you can switch of walking or rideing so get up and exersize that will help alot and dont eat a whole bunch thats what make us all people fat so do this and it will help.....ok good luck
