I'm writing down everything I ate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'm also encluding snacks. I'm aslo exercising for an hour a day. Did you now if you just ride your bike slowly for an hour you can lose 250 calories! I'm also doind 15 sets of crunchers a night. they help flatten your stomach. My friend did this and she lost 18 lbs. in 2 months! I have to be very honest when I write down what I had to eat. I can't lie. that stinks! Now I'm eating healthier and losing weight. After I saw how bad I was eating I needed to change it. so I'm eating healthier. Soon I'll be able to get to the weight i want. I hope this helps Chloe. -Carly P.S. Thanks for your reply. |
