Every once in a while I would hook up some light weight and lift for a while. I have lifted off and on until I was 11. I had some flab on my arm at first, but after a while I was amazed at how it all turned into muscle. I think that you should start working out every-other night. Before you get a bath/shower you should do some crunches, or sit-ups until you feel like you could throw-up! This really works. I also think you should start running. You should run around the block at least once every-other night. The key to loosing weight is to do something that that makes your heart beat faster, and keep doing that for a while! Then you should probably try out for pee-wee football! You would loose weight and gain some muscle from football practice.I know that you can loose the weight, cause you are a winner! Always believe that! I did, I weigh 156lbs, and can bench press 225lbs, and dead-lift 370lbs.Good-luck in the future,Dave |
