well you are setting waaayy unrealistic gaol! you should continue to be active. a lot of your weight is probably muscle. you probably have the same problem i have. you eat when youre not hungry! make sure you body is telling you its hungry, dont just eat because you like the food or are bored. cut down on the snacks and eat healthier average sized meals and smal snackws whne you have a craving but dont go crazy!
