I weigh 126 lbs and I have lost about 5 lbs so far by shorting my portions.Don't let anyone say,your not special! Your more than what you weigh! But,anyway find something fun that you like to do that as a lot of things to do with excersise. But, make it for at least 15-20 minutes a day. Well, I do 300 jumps on my trampoline. Sometimes I even talk on the phone as I jump. It helps me be kinda be distracted from how tired I'm getting. But, if your at a party or something eat what there eating. Thats my advice.By!
