| Reply from monica, Child's Age 14 - 5/25/03 - IP#: 80.193.119.xxx parbb-c430 You need to get your children motivated. cut back all fatty and suagry food, but not cold turkey or else your children will only rebel and want more sweets. say to your children if you come for a 20 minute walk then you can have a few sweets etc. try and get them to do some sort of excercise. take them swimming, or for a walk. anything to get there pulses raised. try to limit sweets or fatty foods to 1-2 times a week. give them lots of yogurts and fruit if they want a pudding after dinner. if they want sugar on there fruit only use a tiny amount and buy the low calorie sugar. its very low cal but tastes exactly the same. good luck, hope i helped. |
