Hi! My name is Keegan, and I've always been a fat kid. I used to eat so much more than my parents, and I drank sodas all the time. Just recently, 8 months ago, I decided to lose some of the extra weight. I went on a low carb diet, which isn't as hard as it sounds. I didn't excercise much, I HATE exercising. Anyways, I ate less, and went from a size large into a small, I'm only 5 feet tall, and I'm 14. I went from 146 pounds to 115 pounds. Sometimes it's hard to eat right, and sometimes you just really want a freaking cupcake. But it was worth it, and I hope to someday reach my goal weight of 100 pounds. I hope I inspired you a little bit!
