When I was in 6th grade my dad had a heart attack and it changed the way it looked at myself. I talked to my mom and then I got on the scale. The number 152 was in my face, I fell apart. I went on Weight Watchers and that really helped. I lost 10 pounds. I loved the feeling so much of being tinyer I kept going by myself. I've now lost 26 pounds and have about 7 more to go. I also got really active. I love to run, I run like everyday at least 2 miles. I also play volleyball alot. I love to workout anykind. Except yoga, I like the active stuff. But wish me luck on my last 7 pounds. I'm praying for all of you, good luck! :)
