hi my names julie. the 1st picture i put is from about 3 years ago the next one with the 3 people is 2 years ago. i dont have any current ones but since then ive gained alot of weight. i weigh 166lbs now..and im 5 foot 6...i know, bad. the girl in the picture with the curly hair(krista) is helping me(her dad owns a gym,,,, i cant do sit ups or push ups any more and a cant run very well... right now krista has me do jumping jacks push ups sit ups..everyday...i can do sit ups again cause she made me now its still hard but i can do em' the push ups i do womans...and they're hard but i do them...i need work out tips not diet tips im doing good on m diet so do u have any tips?
