Hello, my name is Laura. I am 17 years old and weigh 265 pounds. It's very tough being as big as I am. The world isn't built for bigger than average people. I've always been big, my entire life I've been overweight. Mainly because of my poor diet and craving for fast food from McDonalds, Burger King, etc.. as well as those bad foods that everyone likes to sneak every once in awhile, like Twinkies or Glazed Honey Buns. A diet to me though, is something that I have never experienced. I have never eaten only healthy food, and that's it. I may have had a salad and later had a donut or something, but I have never experienced being on a diet. I would love to lose a couple pounds, but I just don't know if I will be able to do it :(. My boyfriend, who is also very overweight (he is also 17 and weighs 220 pounds) has started dieting and from the looks of it, it seems to be like torture. Well, anyway, I'll hopefully be able to update with a follow-up story in the next few months on my progress. Thank you for reading :D.
