Ht. 5'8, Wt. 174 goal:150 - Hey guys well tomorow i have weight watchers and i was HORRIBLE with my points this week so of course im going to gain weight.buuut im just gonna start fresh starting tuesday and i think im gonna switch from flex to core. I think that will help get me off that weight-loss plateu ive been on for two months !!But yea has anyone tired core ? if so wat did you guys eat and how did you like it ? i think im realy gonna liek it cuz its no counting and just eating from all the food groups.But yea wish me luck on this !! *Nothing tastes as good as thin feels*
