Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207 - HEY GUYS! I think i have a problem. This is my daily schedule (except wednesdays when i have church and meet my teacher, and sundays when i have church) But im homeschooled. And its not like im forced too be home all day because i take my classes on the internet. But usually what ill do is wake up around 9. eat breakfast at 10. And then go work out at the gym from 11:30 to about 1. Then get home at 2:00 (i take the bus cause my dads working) So i work out for an hour and a half and burn about 800 calories, but then i get home, and my apartment is so small and all i can really do IS sit in front of the computer. I cant even watch TV because i dont have cable (against my religon) but so all i have is my computer. And i live on broadway so its always really busy and lots of people and i dont really want to go walking around here you know what i mean? and my friends that i know from my old highschool are in school! So do you think after my workout and all i should maybe like go to the mall or something and just walk around? Im getting a job soon since i just got my work permit, and ill be busy with that hopefully, but i think im screwing up my diet by doing all this work and then just sitting at the computer all the time? PLEASE I REALLY NEED SOME IDEAS.
