Ht. 5"9, Wt. 377 - Ok i figured i would post what i eat in a day so i can get some suggestions. Breakfast: Eggs, sausage/bacon, pankakes snack:poptarts, chips Snack:MnM's Lunch:Pizza, chickein fingers, cheese burgers, taco salad snack:sandwitches snack;somthing usualy cookies or browinies dinner: burgers hotdogs steak baked potato, frenchfries, spagettie, macaronie,bread adbutter, mexican, chineese(have that ALOT!!) desert-pie and icecream snack: somthing sweet!! snack:Sandwitches Ok i know that its a really bad diet but its what ive been eating. i put like everything that i eat at those meals. i dont Eat ALL thatin oneday lol.
