Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - Heya everyone, how am i doing today, breakfast - 2 grilled sausages and tomatoes, snack - 2finger kit kat lunch - a roll with low fat spread and dairylea light, tea - plaice and baked beans snacks - 1 granny smith apple and throughout the day drank 2litres of water, cardio 30min 100 situps then 10min on weights. So how am i doing so far? I know i need more vegetables but i wasn't in the mood for many today. At this rate (whatever it is good/bad) how long do you think it will take me to lose 20lbs? any ideas welcome lol! Thanx i hope everyone else is doing ok! xx
