Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. S: 153 N: 147 G: 130 - Hey everyone, I was wondering, does anyone know any really good ab excercises that don't strain your lower back? Cuz I have a really sensitive lower back and the only thing I can do for abs without totly killing my back for the next couple weeks is crunches. But thoes only focus on one set of ab muscles doesn't seem to be toning my stomach as much as I want too. Also, my problum areas really seem to be my stomach and back. Like, my legs, butt and arms are toned and totly fine, but I can't seem to get rid of my back and tummy fat. I know you can't spot reduce, but does anyone know if theres a reason for this?
