Ht. 5'4, Wt. st.185 nw.162gl.140 - heyy guys day 2 and i did okay.. not great.. bf i had starbucks(iced non-fat mocha) then for lunch i had sushi and kind of majorly pigged out... buuut i cleaned all day .. i mean alllllll day. (laundry cleaned my moms room ect).. then for dinner i had a lean cuisine pizza which was lie 300 and some odd calories and then went to the gym and burned like 300 calories (i was only there for like 20 minutes) then we went and sat in the sauna and now im about to do my sit ups. oh and i had a piece of chocolate.. oopsies.. it was a small one tho.. okay so not to bad.. not great but its okay.. gooood luck everyone
