Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, today for breakfast I had one cup of rasin bran cereal, 3/4 cup milk and a banana, Lunch : a propel, Dinner : A small piece of chicken, about 7 potato wedges, and about a cup 1/2 of potato salad, w/ a small piece of pumpkin pie. I know that the dinner wasen't very healthy but hey I didn't eat lunch and I don't do that evry night anyway. I walked home from school today (about 10 - 12 blocks), road my bike down the road and back to get the mail, I'm going on the XL - Glider for 30 min again tonight, doing 100 sit ups and then finally 30 push - ups. So how did I do?
