Ht. 5'4" or 5'5", Wt. 120 - Hi everyone. I haven't been here for awhile but I started out at 143 and lost 23 pounds. I want to lose another 10 or so, but here is how I lost the first 23 pounds. Its called the Negative Calorie diet. There are some books on it but I couldnt find them so I just made up my own version of it. On my dit, you eat as much vegetables as you want, and as much fruit as you want except bananas, and as much seafood as you want, and you can also have lean chicken. These foods take more calories to digest than they have in them. For example, if a piece of broccoli has 60 calories, and it takes 100 calories to digest, then you lose 40 calories from fat. So, if you eat alot of these foods, you will lose weight. You don't have to eat all negative calories though. Usually, I eat like 500 calories of regular foods and everything else I eat is negative.So I eat like oatmeal for breakfast, salad (negative) for lunch, fish (negative)for dinner, lots of fruits and veggies and sugarfree jello and chicken broth and applesauce for snacks. It works best if u exercise too. This diet is easy because you can eat alot, just of healthy foods. Good Luck!!! =D
