Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - Right, i need help lol in exactly 6 weeks it will be my 16th birthday! yay and i was wondering how much weight i could lose between now and then by: - eating 1200-1300 cals per day, 50 sit ups, 10min on weights and burning altogether 1350calories but running each week? any help and id be greatful! also how much weight do you think i could lose by doing all of the about for around 4/5months because then its prom! thanx guys
