Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - hey every one my weight loss is on pause right now ...i have done so bad lately ..normally i just read the posts but today im just gonna write.. my goal is to get down to 15% body fat right now i am at 30% which is pretty bad ..im going to run every day and also do crunches, pushups and squats with extra weight for exercise ..if you guys have any ideas on how to gain muscle and burn fat at the same time i would greatly appreciate it thanks!
