Ht. ., Wt. . - ok well i have this idea but im having a hard time putting it into action. my pklan is to go to the gym and workout after school and stuff and eat an apple for lunch a sandwhich for lunch a apple for a snack something like meat and a vegtable for dinner and another fruit for a snack sometime afterwards and im good with the working otu thing but i got mytself into this bad eating hole and i used to be soo healthy and good at eating for over a year i wouldnt have one bad thing and now im like lllll so does anyone no anythign that can help me.. i really need it
