Ht. 5'5, Wt. !!!!!!! - hey everyone i cant wait until gym starts next semester because then i have no excuse for not working out in the morning and i can run at night to...i just need to find a good eating plan because im in shape, i can run two miles straight at an ok pace, im working on it.. but i want a better body then what i have so if any of you guys have a diet or just some tips in order to gain a little muscle, not a lot im not planning on being a body builder lol well id greatly appreciate it! thanks
