Ht. 5'10, Wt. 240 - I had a question, I been exercising 1 hour a day non stop doing cardio on a treadmill. I push myself pretty good and I never even checked my scale yet to see if I lost weight but I think I did. My question is where does your body decided to lose mass first? I seem to have lost a fat roll i had on my back and it seems my lower body is getting thin since my clothes are real loose now. My stomach seems the same, so my question is, its just random? any help or feedback would be appreciated =)
