Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - Hey all!,this may sound stupid but today i'm getting my hair done for the first day of school,and I think that I am going to put off all vigorus exercises for a week because I sweat really heavy in my head,and I dont want to mess up an expensive hair style.So i'm going to put off vigorus workouts for a week.I think i'm going to start walking and stretching,working out my arms and legs.And i'm going to eat more than healthy for this week,to make up for the calories not being burned...is this a good idea?
