Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 n:165 g:145 - OK so how am i doing today? Breakfast:2 peices of whole wheat toast w/ tablespoon of butter (190 cals), a white peach, and a banana. Snack:bottle of water and if i am still hungry after this, i'm gonna have some carrot sticks. Lunch will be 170 calories (frozen dinner) and a popcicle (25 calories) and snack will be fruit and another snack will be veggies. I don't know what i'm doing for dinner. im trying to eat really good cuz my birthday is on sunday and i'm having a family birthday party on sunday and then next saturday i'm gonna have a friend birthday party. i'm going to have cake and ice cream both times so im gonna do really good in between. *SammY*
