Ht. 6'1, Wt. 276.5 - This is what I ate today; how do you think I did? For breakfast I had an egg-white omelete with mushrooms, multi-grain toast (2 pieces cut in half) with Strawberry jam and fruit kabob with Orange Juice. For lunch, I had half a bagel with some egg salad (mixed with Miracle Whip) and a pickle. I also had a side of Brussell Sprouts and a bottle of water. For dinner, I had a lean sausage in a bun with ketchup and relish, 1 pork chop with some BBQ sauce, mixed vegetables and a bottle of water as well. I just finished exercising for 1 hour and I burned over 900 calories. How do you all think that I did?
