Ht. 5'5, Wt. 157 - thanx for the help to the ones who replied and i think im going to start eating again just no junk food and soft drinks lots of water and lots of working out it will help me in the long run ill keep u posted on how it goes GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF U LIKE ME ULL GET THERE iused to weigh like 205 but i have gotin down to 157 so if i keep working at it and eat right and work out ill get there and i think ur right 107 is to much to loose i think 125 it a good weight ill aim for that any body who could help me out feel free to answer back and help me out good luck for me and everyone else
