~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5.6, Wt. 175 - Breakfast: None (I didn't get out of bed until 12 :D) Lunch: 1 slice wholemeal toast, 3/4 small tub of Weight Watchers beans, 2 small Healthy Living bacon rashers. Dinner: Healthy Living wholemeal tortilla wrap, filling with chicken, sweetcorn and lettuce, with half a grapefruit and a small fruit yoghurt. Snack: An apple Drinks: Water I've been dieting for a month now, and I haven't been weighing myself (there are no scales in the house and I didn't want to become obsessed with how much I've lost/put on.) I've been eating healthily, and the above was what I had today. I've stuck to my healthy eating plan well, apart from the day I got my exam results (I ate whatever I wanted to celebrate :D. I haven't been snacking, but if i got really hungry, I ate fruit, Weight Watchers biscuits, low fat crisps etc. However, I don't see any real results. Clothes seem a little looser, but I'm afraid it's all in my imagination! I haven't done much exercise (I'm not very into it, but I did walk a lot for a little while, but fell out of the habit) Can anyone suggest a way to speed things up without exercise? Do I just have to be patient? Should I buy scales? Not worry and continue? Does my above example menu not seem good enough, and should I change it? Help!
