Ht. 4 ' 11", Wt. 145 - hey i no my weight doesnt seem like a lot but it is. My doctor wants me to loose 25 pounds. I want to loose 30 pounds or maybe even 40 pounds. I already checked and i can loose pounds and be in a healthy weight range. I eat a bagel for breakfast and some kind of pasta or sandwich for lunch. Most of the time i have pretzels in the afternoon for a snack. And for dinner i have what ever is cooked. Then after dinner / before i go to bed i have a snack. I usally drink 1 to 2 cans of pop a day, a glass of milk and the rest is water. For exercise i swim and jump on my trampoline. If anyone has anything that would help it would be great because this dieting thing is new to me. good luck to everyone else out there! thanx
