Ht. 5.4, Wt. 155 - if u ate all healthly foods, like fruits, veggies whloe gains, and 1% milk, and yogort with no fat. Would you need to exercise as much? ooooh! There is this bread and it only has 60 cals in 1 slice where other breads have over 200! It is called Rye bread it is soooooo good, and fills you up!
