Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - do any of you (girls) hey or guys. do the magazine pull out workouts? like from seventeen and fitness magazines? cuz i always thought they were pathetic but there actually good! alot of people dont notice that they tell u to do like 10 reps of each - then go.. k tahts one set. do 4. lol. try them there fun! :) havea good night guys@!
