hey every one ive had a slight set back this week i gained a pound because i HAD been slacking on my eating and excersize but im getting back on track so my goal for when summer starts is to be at 129 right now im at 135 but i know with all the set backs ive had i need to make room for mistakes but i cant give opportunity for them.. and its gonna take a while to get off that plateau of 130 do you guys have any eating tips for eating when your not hungry?? because im not really hungry most of the time but ill walk in the kitchen and get something to eat because i guess it use to be a routine.. how do i get out of that routine and into a new one???? my long term goal is to be 115 by august six *my 16 birthday* and ill be getting my licesense soon after so id love some advice
