I need to lose weight like now! I weigh 206 pounds and I don't want to be in danger and have health problems..I am on a diet but it seems like it's taking foreverrrrr, I don't eat any junk or anything and I go on the treadmill a lot for an hour and I have breakfast now, (never had it before) I have cheerios (which is an excellent diet cereal) I drink lots of water and eat veggies and fruits...but still people see they are seeing difference but maybe in my face or something but I NEED TO LOSE MY LOVE HANDLES ....my waist is huge and my stomach...I can't do sit ups because it's hard, my stomach is in the way. I don't know what to do and I hate to cry about it. PLEASE, PLEASE,PLEASE help me out. I really need your help. If you want please, please email me at wildabtharrynron@msn.com
