hey guys i have a tip whether yall have heard this or not it really works.. when your watching tv and the comercials come on do some crunches, pushups jumping jacks something like that it really helps and you wont feel bad for sitting around.. oh and when your playing a game, ilove to play hearts and whenever i gain points *which is bad for that game* i do how ever many points i got i do that amount of crunches and my abs are already starting to show its great! well im gonna go run ill talk to yall later..
